CHAIRMAN HISTORY

Mr.Ramachandran was born and brought up in Tirunelveli. He then came to Chennai and settled during 1990 .he started doing real estate business.at first they started to purchase and sell land and then entered into construction and later started doing land aggregation and infrastructure development. He has  two sons and a daughter .His first son is looking after the hotel industry and his second son is looking after the real estate business.

RRINN WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2011

“RRinn is the first star hotel introduced in Tirunelveli. It was my dream to start to start a standard hotel in Tirunelveli. Since Tirunelveli is my native home, I wanted to start something which was not available in Tirunelveli. I wanted all kinds of people to stay comfortably and that’s why we proved affordable rate at our hotel. When people came to visit Tirunelveli for corporate and other reason, I noticed that they lacked a standard place to stay since there was only lounges .and that’s when I got idea of starting my own standard hotel.

I needed to provide the best for my native place and that’s when I noticed that there was no star hotels or standard hotels and I wanted to set up my own star hotel with affordable rate.

There were a lot of challenges I faced during the start. During 2010 there was only lounges to stay and there were no star category hotels in Tirunelveli .people discouraged me saying that star hotels will not run-in town areas like tirunlveli.even the government side people had doubt with my plan before giving approval. I said that I will take the risk and started to construct the hotel confidently. The hotel was a success. Seeing RRinn many more star hotels started to emerge and now we have a lot of competitors in Tirunelveli”
